How we handle your data.

• Information you submit through the contact form on /contact — name, email address, subject, and message body.
• Aggregate usage analytics via Vercel Analytics (page views, referrer, anonymised device data). We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• Server and request logs collected by Cloudflare for security, rate-limiting, and abuse prevention.

• Responding to your inquiry or support request.
• Understanding which content and pages are useful so we can improve the site.
• Detecting and preventing abuse, spam, and attacks against the platform.

tasmanian.cloud platform data is stored on Australian infrastructure. The marketing site is delivered through Cloudflare's global edge network for DDoS protection and caching, which means request metadata may transit infrastructure outside Australia before reaching our origin. Contact form submissions are sent to systems we operate; we keep them only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on the inquiry.

Under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles you can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, get in touch via the contact form and we will respond within a reasonable period.
